As we are all aware AT&T started to unlock there iPhone if you are out of contract. But what to do if you are overseas and can not contact them by phone. well simple solution to that is simple contact them by email:

I have not yet personally tested, but some forums state success using this email. I suppose nothing to loose, just send them your iPhone 4 IMEI and they should be able to do it within a week or so. also please remember AT&T only unlocks iPhone 4 and 3gs, 3g, 2g, iPhone 4s have to wait.
